We want our customers to love our skincare and cosmetics! If an item is defective or incomplete, please contact us at email@example.com; we’ll replace that item for you. We’ll provide replacements on damages that happened during formulation, but not for products that were damaged through neglect or everyday use.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then the refund will be processed back to the original form of payment, please allow 5-7 business days depending on your bank.
Only regular priced items can be refunded/exchanged, sale items cannot be refunded.
Please note we only refund/replace items if they are damaged/defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will be emailed a gift card.
*Customers are responsible to pay their own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
